Since 2003 as a corporate law Practitioner, Om has been Proprietor of Conscientia Law Associates, and is also Founder Director of Conscientia Consultancy Pvt Ltd. With brilliant academic credentials, he acquired his ACS Degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holds a Bachelor of Law from Madurai Kamaraj University and has enrolled as Advocate in the Bar Council of India. He is also equipped with a Masters Diploma in Business Administration in Finance from SIMS, Pune.
Om Prakash is a speaker for various Seminars, Professional training sessions, Management training programme to SMEs, Corporate, Colleges/ Institutions, NASSCOM, ICSI and Clubs. He Member of Indian Bar council, Association of Advocates of High Court, Chennai/ Bangalore, Member of ICSI, ASSOCHAM, MCCI, FKCCI, BCIC and JCCI.
K V Omprakash, has been awarded “Doctor of Excellence” for outstanding achievement and accomplishment in the field of Corporate Law by CIAC Global, Ahmedabad and in association with KEISEI, South Korea. He was honoured and the title “Honoris Causa” was conferred by the Chairman of CIAC Global and KEISIE at the 3rd International Education Forum held on 12th November 2016 He is a Rotarian and President of Rotary Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, for the year 2017-2018.
